Phase I project: Completed. The project includes 40,000 tons of phosgene/70,000 tons of acid chloride, 40,000 tons of AKD, 40,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride PAC and phosgenation series products (Phase I was completed in 2016)
Phase II project: The project includes etherification agents, textile chemicals, bioplasticizers, epichlorohydrin, chlor-alkali and supporting thermal power, water treatment, etc.
Phase III project: The planned projects include new materials such as pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives, IT optoelectronics, and special engineering plastics.
